About the Nanoclave Cabinet
The Nanoclave Cabinet uses a ground-breaking, patent protected 360° decontamination process to eradicate problematic micro-organisms.
Powerful lamps emit large amounts of UVC light from all sides, directly exposing the subject item. A system of specially coated angled reflectors ensures that no light escapes, and that all light is focused onto the item. This unique technology virtually eliminates shadowing, exposing the subject item from all sides and all angles. High intensity UVC light penetrates the vents and recesses of the object, so that no micro- organism escapes exposure.
The Nanoclave Cabinet destroys problematic bacteria, viruses, moulds and fungi on a broad range of medical and laboratory equipment and electronic devices. It has been tested by numerous independent academic institutions and accredited by the British Standards Institution (BSI) as a class IIA CE certified medical device.
Its Rapid 60 second cycle creates major time savings and facilitates a quick turnaround of equipment.
Clinically effective against all problematic pathogens, including MRSA, C.difficile, Legionella, Norovirus and Anthrax. Extensive independent trials have reported consistent 5 log (99.999%) reductions in bacterial contamination on a variety of difficult to clean surfaces.
Operates at room temperature and room pressure. With no chemical residue, or risk of moisture
ingress, its decontamination cycle is safe for use on sensitive electronic equipment.
Low power consumption. No consumables needed, no harmful chemicals or residues, and no
disposable antimicrobial wipes.
Provides a standardised, repeatable, high-level decontamination solution that eliminates human error. An optional Independent Monitoring System (IMS) offers full traceability for each cycle. All data is printed out in hard copy and archived to an SD card or network connected device.
